KEMMERER, Wyo. (AP) — A 23-year-old man avoided facing the death penalty by pleading guilty to kidnapping and killing a Utah train worker in Wyoming. Dereck James Harrison entered his plea Monday during his arraignment in District Court in Kemmerer.
